I know that this is supposed to be about chimneys, but I always like to comment on local "stuff" and my neighbourhood. So check it out some time. LOCAL STUFF

You Don't Want This
This is the result of a chimney fire. A chimney that is blocked with burned out creosote. This is the view looking down from the top of the chimney. Fortunately for the homeowner, the flue liners did not crack on this ocasion, otherwise it would have been at least a $2,000 repair.

What Kind of Chimney ?

Just in case you're not sure of the type of fireplace and chimney you have, I took a few photos locally.

Honey, Acclimatizing to E-Town
My faithful pooch, Honey, just a year old, is slowly getting used to Elizabethtown and it's climate. Now that we have the signs on the truck we are all set to serve the folks around Hardin County. Give us a call at 763-6882.

If You Have Time To Kill

A couple of other sites of mine on the Internet relate to the place I came from in California.

Atwatercity.com used to be a huge site dealing with all aspects of life in the community. The most popular feature was always my aerial photography that depicted the small town in ways that most people never had a chance to see.

I'm hoping to get to know some local flyers in the hope that I can get up to start photographing this area.

The other site is UC Merced.net where I doccumented the construction of the University of California's 10th campus that opened in September of 2005. That is mainly aerial photography.
